1 Medium Size Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Yogurt
2 1/2 Tsp Chilly Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala or Tandoori Chicken Masala
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 Pinch Chinese Salt/Ajinomoto/MSG(Optional)
Few Drops Orange Food Color(Optional)
5 Tbsp Maida/All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Corn Flour
Salt as per taste

- In a mixing bowl add yogurt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, maida, ajinomoto, food color and corn flour mix well.
- Add the cauliflower florets and mix well the masala should coat the vegetable well.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame drop the cauliflower one by one in hot oil fry till light golden in color drain excess oil on tissue paper and serve hot with steamed rice and dal or serve as a starter...Enjoy...:)
