Stove Top Grilled Pineapple Recipe

Grilled pineapple has been a family favorite. I enjoy this refreshing and tasty treat. We can serve this grilled pineapple with grilled chicken or grilled veggies. I have grilled and prepared this dish on regular stove, we don't need charcoal grill or any other grill to prepare this dish.

Stove Top Grilled Pineapple Ingredients:
8 to 9 Pineapple Slices 
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala or Meat Masala
1/4 Tsp Chilly Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp Chilly Flakes
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
Oil as required
Prep:
Wash the pineapple well allow it to drain, set it aside to airdry for few minutes.

Remove the head of the pineapple, using a very sharp knife cut it into thick slices.

Trim the edges and peeled pineapple is ready.

Chop the slices into half and reserve.
Marinate:
In a large mixing add the pineapple slices.

Combine and mix chilly powder, chilly flakes, garam masala, salt, pepper powder, sugar and chaat masala.

Sprinkle evenly on the pineapple slices mix well cover and allow it to marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Creamy Pineapple Curry is another superb dish try this recipe

Method:
Place a grill rack on the stove. On medium flame allow it to heat well.

Brush some oil on the grill rack.

Place the pineapple slices and grill it for 5 minutes on low flame. Flip and brush oil on both sides while grilling.

Once a sweet and grilled flavor starts release from the pineapple check if the fruit is soft using a fork, remove it on a serving plate. Serve the grilled pineapple hot...Enjoy!

Grilled Chutney Prawns Recipe Using American Micronic

These superb chutney grilled prawns makes a delicious starter or can be rolled in side a roti can be stuffed in tacos and many more ways. I enjoyed preparing many grill dishes using American Micronics barbecue electric griller. It is easy to clean, with nonstick grill plate we hardly need oil or butter, plus the drip tray collects excess oils and dripping from grills.

Chutney Prawns
Ingredients:

300 Grams Prawns
5 Sprigs Coriander Leaves
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
2 Sprigs Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek
3 Green Chilies
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Kitchen King Masala or Chicken Masala
1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
Salt as per taste
Oil and Butter as required 



Prep:
Peel, Devein and rinse the prawns twice.
Add the prawns in a colander allow it to drain.
Peel and Wash equal amounts of ginger and garlic, add the ginger and garlic to a mixer jar cover and grind to form a smooth paste.
Wash and soak the bamboo skewers in water till use.
Marination:
In a mixer jar add curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, dried fenugreek, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, tamarind pulp, chaat masala, chicken masala, coriander masala, pepper powder, cumin powder, and fresh cream cover and grind to form a smooth paste.
Add the prawns to a mixing bowl and transfer the masala paste to the prawns mix well. Cover and allow to prawns to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Just before grilling adjust salt as per taste in the prawn mix well.
Grill:
Heat the grill on 5 mode for 2 minutes.
Start to skewer the prawns and place it on the grill pan.
Add butter and oil and grill the prawns covered for 2 mins
Gently flip and grill the prawns on the other side for 2 more minutes.
Add butter and grill on 3 mode for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove the grilled prawns on a serving plate. Sprinkle some chat masala, pepper powder and serve along with garlic chutney...Enjoy!

Peri Peri Paneer Tikka Recipe Using American Micronic Barbecue Griller

Soft and buttery paneer marinated in peri peri spice mix. The skewered with capsicum and onion, grilled with butter and served hot with chutney. Enjoy preparing easy recipes like this and more using American Micronics Electrical Barbecue Griller. This griller is easy to handle and store. The nonstick grill pan hardly requires any oil or butter to grill the meats or veggies of choice.

Peri Peri Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
250 Grams Paneer
100 Grams Capsicum 
1 Large Onion
1 1/2 Tbsp Peri Peri Seasoning 
1/2 Tsp Spicy Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream or Yogurt
Salt as per taste
Butter

Prep:
Chop the paneer into cubes.

Peel and wash onion, chop the conion into large cubes.

Wash and chop the capsicum into half, remove the seeds and chop into cubes.

Method:
In a Mixing bowl combine cubed paneer, capsicum, and onion.

Add all the spice powders... peri peri seasoning, chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and fresh cream.

Combine all the ingredients well and massage it in the paneer and veggies.

Allow it to rest on the kitchen counter for 5 minutes.

Heat the griller on 5 mode for 5 minutes.

Start to skewer the paneer and veggies alternating the paneer followed by the veggies.

Place the skewer on the grill and grill the paneer for 2 minutes on each side for a total of  5 minutes.
Apply butter and grill the paneer on all sides, remove from the grill pan and plate the skewers garnish with grated cheese, serve hot with chilly sauce...Enjoy!

Cheesy Prawn Tikka Recipe Using American Micronic Barbecue Griller

I enjoy grilled meats and veggies to the fullest and always wanted to own a barbecue, since we stay in a rented apartment using charcoal grill is not an option, but now with my new found love for electric barbecue griller from American micronic it is convenient to prepare grills as per choice with out hazel of smoke. the non stick plate in the grill is easy to clean.

Cheesy Prawn Tikka
Ingredients:
300 Grams Prawns
1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Curry Masala or Chicken Masala
1 Tbsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds / Ajwain
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
2 Tsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
4 Tbsp Mozzerella and Cheddar Cheese Grated
Salt
1 Tsp Butter For Grilling
Prep:
Peel the prawn shell, devein and rinse in water twice.

Place the prawn in a colander and allow it to drain completely for 15 minutes.

Peel and wash equal amounts of ginger and garlic grind it to form a smooth paste and reserve.
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.

Marination:
Add the prawns to a mixing bowl. Start adding carom seeds, white pepper powder, chicken masala, ginger and garlic paste, kasuri methi, fresh cream, 2 tsp cheese, ginger and garlic paste.

Mix all the ingredients with the prawns, cover with lid and allow it to marinate for 15 minutes for best results place it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Method:
Heat a grill apply butter. I'm using American Maricron barbeque grill and heated the grill at 3 setting.

Once the grill reached temperature place it on 4 setting.

Mix the prawns once add salt as per taste and mix well. Start to skewer the prawns in the bamboo skewers.

Place the prawn bamboo skewers on the grill and apply butter. Flip the skewers every 2 minutes and grill till the prawns have cooked well.

Then place the grill on 5 setting and transfer the prawns to grill side and grill on both side for 2 minutes.

Top the prawns with grated cheese and cover for a minute.

Once the cheese melts remove the cheesy prawns from grill and serve it right away with chilly sauce...Enjoy!
