Potato Rosti can be prepared in a jiffy using left over dosa or idly batter. These mini potato pancakes are very filling, a complete meal on its own. we can serve these pancakes with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup. I've used multigrain batter from farmz to familiez.

2 Grated Potatoes
1 Cup Miltigrain Batter
1/2 Cup Spring Onions
3 Tbsp Coriander Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Grated
3 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
Salt as per taste
In a mixing bowl add the grated potato, chilies, ginger, spring onions, coriander, salt and batter mix well.
Heat a tawa ladle the batter add 2 tsp oil and fry for a minute on each side covered. Sefve these potato pancakes with chutney...Enjoy 😋
